Being a technician for over 24 years goes by in a blink of an eye. Without the proper mentors in my career I would not be the technician that I am today. That is why I strongly believe in developing the next generation of technicians. As a Shop Foreman, it creates a stronger and better work environment when the other technicians know you have their best interest at heart, no only in their training but also life itself. It’s an awesome feeling when you see technicians you mentor start implementing what you taught them to the next generation who comes through the door. It creates a continuous cycle that never ends.
